Awesome! I better go step on the scale and unbury my total gym soon. I've lost weight just changing my eating habits (less and very little snacking at night).
Now I've got to add in that exercise portion and slim on down...
Thanks Mark - I've not radically changed my eating habits but just tried to be reasonable and doing the eat stop eat program which works amazingly well for me. Basically I fast two days a week for breakfast and lunch only. That along with resistance training is working like a charm so far. Oh yeah, I'm trying to drink tons of water as well. Glad you are making progress as well. Once you start exercising, you will really start to drop. - Off to worship! Bye - CS
